With more than 15 years of HR leadership experience, Catherine has built and scaled high-performing HR functions across the energy, manufacturing, and professional services sectors. She is known for partnering closely with executive teams to align business and talent strategies, drive organizational effectiveness, and create cultures where employees and leaders can thrive. Throughout her career, Catherine has led transformational initiatives in talent planning, leadership development, employee relations, organizational restructuring and workforce growth. Prior to GridStor, she held senior leadership roles with Tillamook County Creamery Association and AVANGRID, where she helped navigate organizational change, business expansion, and large-scale workforce initiatives. Passionate about building exceptional teams, Catherine believes that sustainable business success is achieved through strong leadership, engaged employees, and people-centered strategies that support long-term growth. Catherine holds an MBA from George Fox University and a BS in Criminology from Portland State University. She also holds an Advanced Certification in Hogan Assessments.
