Tony Song
VP of Engineering
Tony is an electrical engineer with 12+ years of experience in renewable energy and power. Before joining GridStor, Tony led energy storage at Goldman Sachs Renewable Power resulting in the construction of 1.1GWh of energy storage projects. Prior to GSRP, Tony managed engineering, product design, and manufacturing at battery system integrator IHI Terrasun and held various technical roles in development at Invenergy and E.ON. Tony has a BS Electrical Engineering from University of Illinois Champaign, MS Electrical Engineering from University of Michigan Ann Arbor, and MBA from Chicago Booth.
