Luisa Perez Milne is an energy industry professional with more than 15 years of experience leading complex
infrastructure and renewable energy projects across North America, Europe, and Latin America. With a strong
engineering background and expertise in project and portfolio management, Luisa has successfully delivered
large-scale battery energy storage, hydrogen, offshore, and conventional energy projects throughout her career.
Prior to joining GridStor, Luisa led utility-scale battery storage projects at ENGIE North America, managing
cross-functional teams and supporting the successful delivery of large-scale projects. Her experience also
includes renewable hydrogen and marine energy development with the European Marine Energy Centre (EMEC)
in the United Kingdom, as well as engineering and project leadership roles with Shell and other leading energy
organizations.
Luisa holds a Master of Science in Renewable Energy Development and a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum
Engineering. She is passionate about advancing the energy transition through innovation, collaboration, and
sustainable energy solutions that create long-term value for communities, businesses, and the energy sector
