Zhechong has over 10 years of energy experience and expertise in wholesale energy markets, market operations, and renewable integration. Zhechong has previously worked at PGE, where he was responsible for developing and implementing trading strategies to optimize a diverse 4GW portfolio of assets in Pacific Northwest. Prior to that Zhechong worked in portfolio optimization group at NV Energy and short-term energy trading at PacifiCorp. Zhechong has a BS from Shanghai Univ, an MS from Illinois Institute of Tech, and a Ph.D from Clarkson Univ.
