Senior Manager of M&A
Della is responsible for leading and executing transactions and advising stakeholders on investment considerations. Passionate about decarbonization and climate solutions, she brings expertise in distributed and utility-scale solar, wind, and energy storage acquisitions, partnerships, and financing. Prior to joining GridStor in 2024, Della was an AVP of Investments at Greenbacker Capital. Her experience at Greenbacker spans all aspect of equity, tax equity, and debt, executing over $1bn in equity and financing transactions. She is also deeply engaged in her local communities, leading nonprofit partnerships, corporate social responsibility engagements, environmental education initiatives, and clean energy workforce development efforts. Della started her career as an investment banking analyst on Scotiabank’s Power and Utilities M&A team. She holds a B.A. with honors in Environmental Sciences and Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
