Catherine Rogge
HR Director
Catherine Rogge is an accomplished Human Resources Director with extensive experience in fostering positive workplace culture and executing effective people strategies across the utilities, energy and manufacturing sectors. With a passion for enhancing employee engagement and organizational development, Catherine has dedicated her career to creating environments where teams thrive. Most recently, Catherine worked at Tillamook County Creamery Association, supporting its US expansion, building out the people & culture team, reporting and strategies primarily for the manufacturing and supply chain operations. Catherine also worked in people operations at Avangrid, a large sustainable energy company, where she helped lead change initiatives, manage employee relations and shape company policies. Combining strategic vision with a hands-on approach, Catherine has consistently driven initiatives that align with business goals and support employee well-being. Catherine holds an MBA from George Fox University and a BS in Criminology from Portland State University. Outside of professional achievements, Catherine is committed to continuous learning and professional growth, continually seeking ways to bring innovative solutions to the field of HR.
