The Hidden Lakes Reliability Project has been carefully sited adjacent to existing local electric infrastructure and the communities that need it most.
The facility works to increase regional grid resilience, reducing the risk of blackouts during high demand.
GridStor worked closely with the local fire department on facility design, construction, and emergency response training before operations began.
As part of our commitment to the area, GridStor constructed California Avenue, a public road, at no cost to Galveston County residents.
