Field Services Manager
Joe brings a broad range of experience in the renewables industry, having worked at both an inverter manufacturer and a PV module manufacturer. Most recently, he was at AES, a power generation company, where he held several roles—including Senior Manager of Renewables O&M and Maintenance Support Services Manager.
His expertise includes managing third-party O&M providers, developing field service technician training programs, and supporting asset management efforts. Joe also brings a unique background in nuclear power, having served as a submarine Reactor Operator and Electronic Technician.
