Roger worked for the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firm Mortenson for the past seven years, primarily focusing on substation and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects. As an on-site engineer, he has overseen the construction of these initiatives, ensuring successful execution. Over the past four years, he has contributed to the development of more than 1,500 MW of battery storage, witnessing firsthand the industry’s remarkable transformation into its current state.
