Alex Krall
Solutions Architect
Prior to joining the GridStor team, Alex was a Solutions Architect at Clearway Energy Group for the Asset and Energy Management teams, focused on renewable energy and energy storage asset management, market operations, risk mitigation, and optimization. At Clearway, he created, managed, and maintained various data system architectures for operational and commercial purposes including front-office trade capture systems and trade strategy optimization engines, middle-office risk compliance, and back-office technical settlement workflows for over 7 GW of wind, solar, and energy storage assets. Alex previously held data science and performance engineering roles at Salt River Project and First Solar. Alex has a BS in Chemistry from Wake Forest University and an MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech.
